Great Mentors Change Lives!

Great Mentors Change Lives!

The Lion Hearted Mentor!

Manish Rubdi!

It gives me  immense pride and a privilege for me to write about a personality; who for me over a very short period has left an indelible mark on my heart and mind! I am too small a person to write about such a personality who today stands out Tall, and strong amongst others as what I strongly call "Lion Hearted Mentors". I speak for none other than the ever smiling, ever helpful and ever supportive, soft-spoken and truly humble Mentor, Director and the very soul of Waltz Music Academy - Mr. Manish Rubdi.

The dictionary rightly defines in possibly every detail word what I have perceived and see what a True Lion Heart stand for -"Constantly challenging one self. Taking every single opportunity without regrets. Learning, developing and seeing beauty in all kinds of moments in life no matter how big/small they may be. Knowing what you're worth, treating yourself like you deserve to be treated. Simply, just being you and being brave. Like a lion you know, fight for what you stand for. A Lionheart would never give up on its dreams."

A lion hearted person can be classified with adjectives like brave, daring, bold, heroic, courageous, stalwart, resolute, intrepid, valiant, dauntless, valorous, and one who stand up not only for his own values and principles but protects those of all that he stand for and supports! all this and more is experienced when you meet Mr. Manish Rubdi Sir. I am sure that every "Waltzian" or those blessed students and members of the Waltz Music Academy - will vouch for what I say here, and it can be seen in the vibrancy, love, trust and firm resolve that each student has for their loved Mentor, and he has today rightfully gained that same trust, love and blessings from me as well.

I write this not as an advertisement or a simple article in my blog but out of true respect, awe and love for this wonderful person. What made me write about in brief about this wonderful personality is the impact he has created on my mind over a very short period of time, (maybe just over 3 months) of my coming to meet him, though I had heard a lot about him earlier. Words would not suffice to describe him and one needs to be be with him to experience the aura that he spreads amongst his students or rather family members that he calls them. Loving, caring, demanding yet protective, he is truly what one would look forward from a True mentor and Guardian, especially when he heads such a great and well-known Musical Academy like none other than the Waltz Music Academy! I can only imagine what a blessing it would be for the students of his academy to be and learn in his presence! In this small effort by me to highlight the wonderful qualities in Mr. Manish Rubdi Sir, I have added a few images which specifically mention those qualities.
Ever protective, and supportive of all his students, what is most noticeable and praiseworthy is the individual attention that is paid to each student. Special mention in the extra care that is taken for Girl students, ensuring that they go home in time, are escorted by either of their parents, and that they keep him informed after they even reach home from the class everyday. Rarely do we see this sort of closeness and personal care given to student who he rightly treats and call them "My Family - My Children". Salute this quality of this wonderful person.
Every student has to do his own hard work, which is always infused at the Academy, but the amount of personal inputs that Mr. Manish Sir puts in each student is worth a lifetime of experience. One touching word of re-assurance, a small pat on the back, a stern look that can run a chill down your spine, and those tear-filled eyes when his loved students perform to the best is what makes him the most loved and respected Mentor and Guru!
As rightly put by Winston Churchill in this image below and I quote " We make a living by what we get, we make a life out of what we give"- these strong words are all that we see in this Mentor- always giving, and expecting nothing in return but love, and the growth and betterment of his loved students!
He is one mentor who believes that if you have it in you and if there is a will, nothing is impossible and he will stand by you every moment of that journey!
Many adjectives and words can be used to visualize what you expect from a true mentor and Guru, but few Mentors stand up and deliver more than if not as much as you expect from them than Manish Sir!
I could keep writing so much about this wonderful personality, but will limit my post for now with what I feel every student of child in this Academy who he treats like his own child must or should be feeling about this great mentor who I dedicate this last image in what I see of this wonderful Mentor my self! In fact I am the happiest when my Daughter Mansi Kate who has the highest level of respect and love for Mr. Manish Rubdi Sir holds him in great awe and respects him equally like a father only too simply can be summed up in this image below!
Sir - You are a true HERO for all of the "Waltzians"
This only adds to my own respect and love for this wonderful person, when he met me during a tough phase in my life and at a time I was quite worried and concerned about my daughter in and he said - "You don't need to worry Mr. Kate - from today she is my daughter" - Those worlds not only relieved a huge load off my shoulder, but with tears in my eyes I knew that not only she but I had met a person rarely that we meet in life!

Needless to mention our heartfelt love and respects for love, and support always being extended by your son Kevin Rubdi,Mrs. Rachel Rubdi, and Renu Wadkar Ma'am, Major Uncle as he fondly called by all, and others who are truly and in every bit an integral part of this wonderful blessed family that we so lovingly call "Waltz Music Academy"!

Thank you Manish Sir, for being the person that you are! All I and all your wonderful students, (I am sure I can take the liberty on behalf of all your loved Waltzians) to say that we love you, respect you and pray to God that he blesses you with a long, Happy, prosperous, Healthy life and may you be always omnipresent with your "Children" to stay by them, be with them and Bless them on this great musical journey which you rightly presented in your last BTI Concert saying "Hum Bhi Chale Aapke Rah Par"!

Farewell

 Farewell
Things may change from this day on,
But this is where we belong.
Someone like you there is no other,
who has walked this path all along.

You all have been in my life for quite awhile,
and when I'm down you always seem to make me smile.
That place in my heart, where you will always stay,
Hope that the good memories will never fade away.

What we'll do I really don't know,
All I know is that I hope we never let go.
You all are true friends for that is true,
and honestly, for that I thank you.

I am so glad that we are friends,
but this isn't where our journey ends.
The memories we have will last forever more,
and we’ll stay this way together I’m sure!

                        -Mansi Kate

Forever And Always

Forever And Always

The moment I saw a tear fall from your eye; I wished to wipe it away,
I stood there helplessly, knowing not what to say.
And then another trickled down your face,
And soon they increased their pace,
Out of all the emotions, the one that seemed clear,
Was the one you hate the most; fear.

Fear of being torn and of falling apart
Fear of all over and again breaking your heart,
But know always that I will be right here;
Not leaving ever, here to stay forever!

When you’ll fall back, you will find me,
Because that’s where I promised to be.
Forever in this way we’ll stay,
Even if sometimes we’re miles and miles away.

Promise me that I’ll never get to see those tears again
And your happiness will be real, not feign.
That lovely smile of yours shall remain plastered across your face!
Because that’s where it belongs, forever and always!

Back to my Blogging Days!

Back to my Blogging Days!

I sincerely thank all my viewers, readers, followers, friends and relatives who have been my true motivation and strength in my profession and hobby as a blogger and writer. They have borne patiently with me my work right from the time I started as a novice until now when I am still learning from the seniors and wonderful friends who themselves are great writers.

After a long unbearable gap from my writing as a blogger I have now started once again in a big way and started posting on various topics that I have always been so attached to. Repeated mails, reminders and inquiries from my beloved friends, readers and patrons about my absence, was not only touching but truly motivational in getting me back to writing. Not that I did not want to write, but only that some pressing commitments and especially my attention to my Daughter Mansi's 10th Standard exams which I have just posted that she has Passed with flying colors were some reasons which I was distanced from my loving readers and my hobby itself.

While apologizing for the long delay in keeping my dear readers and patrons away from reading their favorite topics, I assure you that I will be posting consistently now with more interesting and trending topics.

I once again thank all of you for your love, best wishes and blessings showered on may and hope you will continue to shower those same blessings and wishes in the days to come!

I have already posted a few posts in various topics such as Vegetable and Fruit carvings, Videos, and also a Foreword to introduce and launch my daughter Mansi's Blog. Hope to be writing a lot now, so keep a watch!
